Local 46 Metallic Lathers Union and Reinforcing Ironworkers And
The General Contractors Association of New York, Inc. MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

The Local 46 Metallic Lathers Union and Reinforcing Ironworkers (‘Local 46’) herby agree to enter into a collective bargaining agreement with the General Contractors Association of New York, Inc. (‘GCA’) that will succeed the agreement that is set to expire June 30, 2024. The successor agreement shall contain the same terms and conditions that are set to expire except as modified by the terms below.
Contract Duration:
The duration of the Agreement shall be a four (4) year collective bargaining agreement effective July 1, 2024 and shall expire June 30, 2028.
Economic Increase:
There shall be an economic increase to the journeyperson and foreperson wage and benefit package effective July 1st of each year as follows:
July 1, 2024: $2.00 per hour increase
July 1, 2025: $1.69 per hour increase
July 1, 2026: $2.00 per hour increase
July 1, 2027: $2.00 per hour increase
Effective July 1, 2024, the total hourly wage and benefit rate for Local 46 Apprentices shall be the following for the duration of the term of the agreement:

Ratification:
This agreement is subject to ratification by Local 46 and by the Executive Committee of the GCA.
