future minimum wage requirements, when said increases are allocated prior to their effective date.

To All Contributing Metal Trades Branch Employers:
This letter will serve to
inform you of the wage and fringe benefit rates for the period
January 1, 2024 through June 30, 2024. Work Dues are calculated as a percentage of
gross
wages and an amount per paid hour and shall be deducted from employees net
pay. Please
refer to the Collective Bargaining Agreement for applicable overtime and
holiday rates.
Please take note of the following wage and fringe benefit contribution rates that have
changed:

The wage rates for 1Y1 (first year person first six months) year were increased to
$16.00 per hour in accordance with minimum wage laws of
New York State.
