Journeyperson; Foreperson The wage rates and trust fund contribution rates for Locals 40 and 361 Journeymen and Foremen for the period July 1, 2023, through and including December 31, 2023, shall be as follows: Wage Rates Journeyman: $57.20/hour* Foreman: $60.20/hour* Trust Fund Contributions Pension Fund: $15.61/hour Health Fund: $15.32/hour Annuity Fund: $17.05/hour Topping Out Fund: $15.75/hour Vacation Fund: $22.46/hour* JAC Fund: $.58/hour IMPACT: $.36/hour Intl. Organizing Fund: $.22/hour* The contribution to The Steel Institute of New York shall be $.30/hour for each Local 40 and 361 Journeyman and Foreman employee. The working assessment for Local 40 Journeymen and Foremen shall be $2.58 (4.25% of the Journeyman’s wage rate plus $.15 [i.e., 4.25% x $57.20 = $2.43 + $.15 = $2.58]), which is to be deducted from wages.
