Extension Agreement Between the
Mason TendersDistrict Council
and the New York City Demolition Contractors Association
It is hereby agreed by and between the parties, the Mason Tenders District Council of
Greater New York on behalf of itself and its constituent Locals 78 and 79 (the “MTDC”) and the
New York City Demolition Contractors Association (“NYCDCA”) that the collective bargaining
agreement between them captioned as covering the period July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026,
and which has been duly opened early to expire on June 30, 2025 (the “CBA”). shall be extended
to cover the period through and including July 31, 2025. No further notices to modify or amend
shall be required to be sent by either party to one another or to any governmental entity.
The terms of employment prescribed by the CBA during the period of the extension shall
be otherwise unmodified by this Extension Agreement, except that effective July 1, 2025 there
shall be an increase in the wages of fifty cent per hour ($.50/hr) which shall be allocated by the
Union as set forth in Article VI Section 1 of the CBA.
