and the
ENVIRONMENTAL CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION, INC.
The Environmental Contractors Association, Inc. (the “Association” or “ECA”), the Mason
Tenders District Council of Greater New York (“MTDC”), and Local 12A Abatement of the
International Association of Heat and Frost Insulators and Asbestos Workers (“Local
12A”) (collectively the “Unions”) recently concluded negotiations for a new collective
bargaining agreement (“Agreement”) to take effect July 1, 2022. In the course of these

i- Agreement: The Unions and ECA shall execute a three-year collective bargaining
agreement (“Agreement”) which be effective as of July 1, 2022 with an expiration date
of June 30, 2025, and which shall have the same terms as the agreement otherwise
due to expire August 31, 2022, except as for necessary modifications as to dates and
except as specifically provided below.
2. Wages: Modify Schedule A to increase total compensation (to be allocated by the
Unions as set forth in Article VII, Section 2(d) of the Agreement) as follows: effective
July 4, 2022 by $.50 per hour; effective January 2, 2023 by $1.50 per hours; effective
January 1, 2024 by $1.50 per hour; and effective January 6, 2025 by $1.50 per hour.
It is further understood that pursuant to Article VII, Section 2(d), the Unions have
determined to allocate the entire fifty cent per hour July 4. 2022 increase to the

3. Paid Sick Time. Add a new section under Article XIV to the effect: The provisions of
the administrative code of the city of New York, Title 20 Chapter 8 (Earned Sick Time
Act) and those of New York State Labor Law196-b (Paid Sick Leave), in relation to the
provisions of sick time earned by employees covered by this Agreement, are expressly
waived by the parties to this collective bargaining agreement because comparable
benefits are already provided in this Agreement.
4. Side-Letters. Delete Schedule A.i.
