MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
between the
MASON TENDERS DISTRICT COUNCIL
and
LOCAL 12A ABATEMENT
OF THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF HEAT AND FROST
INSULATORS AND ASBESTOS WORKERS
and the
ENVIRONMENTAL CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION, INC.
The Environmental Contractors Association, Inc. (the “Association” or “ECA”), the Mason
Tenders District Council of Greater New York (“MTDC”), and Local 12A Abatement of the
International Association of Heat and Frost Insulators and Asbestos Workers (“Local
12A”) (collectively the “Unions”) have concluded negotiations to extend the collective
bargaining agreement by and between them, currently due to expire on July 31, 2018 (the
“CBA”)
1, Agreement: The CBA shall remain in full force and effect according to its terms
through July 31, 2019.
2. Wages: Modify Schedule A to increase total compensation (to be allocated by the
Unions as set forth in Article VII, Section 2(d) of the Agreement) by $.50 per hour
effective August 1, 2018.
