Dear Sir/Madam:
Pursuant to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, an increase of $1.50 per hour will take
effect with the payroll week commencing Thursday, October 30, 2025. The increase has been
allocated as follows:
Wages $1.48 NEMI: $0.02
The hourly wage and fringe benefit rates for a Journey person are listed below. All rates are
based on hours paid, excluding SASMI and the ITI/NEMI (3.40) which are calculated at hours
worked.

Hourly 56.08 + 7.74 = $63.82 Daily (8 hours): 448.64 + 61.92 = $510.56
Foreperson minimum rate is $2.00 dollars per hour over scale. Ovettime is calculated at time and one half and
double time for Sundays and Holidays for both Wages and Fringes excluding SASMJ, IT! and NEMI($3.40) which are
calculated at straight time. Double time will be paid on Saturday after ten (10) hours.
