ADDITIONAL CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT:
1. Scope of Work- Add:
All electrical work on renewable sources such as solar, photovoltaic, geothermal, wind, biomass,
wave, hydropower, battery
storage, fuel cells and microturbines. Electrical work on solar
photovoltaic projects shall include the module and racking installation.
Renewable
Projects and all photovoltaic systems installed, placed, attached to all commercial,
industrial building or ground mounted
systems shall be covered under this agreement.
2.
Article I, Section 1.01- Length of Agreement -Three Year Contract:
The
contract begins April 30, 2022 and ends April 25, 2025

3. Article V, Section 5.01(A)Hours:
Add 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Add
6:30 am to 3:00 pm
4.
Article V, Section 5.01(C)Overtime:
Add Martin Luther King
Day as a holiday.
5. Article
V, Section 5.02Wages:
Year one will be split so that changes will begin on April 30, 2022 and October 29, 2022, year two
will begin on April 29, 2023 and year three will begin on April 27, 2024.
6. Article
V, Section 5.04 and Article X, Section 10.13(A)Change to Read:
The workweek shall be
considered to end on Friday at 11:59 pm. All wages shall be paid on the job
during regular working hours,
except during lunch period. All Electricians shall be paid not later than
Tuesday of each week by check or direct deposit. If Monday or Tuesday is a holiday, as specified in
Section 5.01(C) or a Federal bank holiday, the payday shall be Wednesday.
The workweek shall be
considered to end on Friday at 11:59 pm. Electricians laid off or discharged
by the Employer shall be paid in full immediately by check or direct deposit. In
any case, as
prescribed in this section, where an employee is
not paid in full, they shall receive a minimum of two
(2) hours wages at straight time. Thereafter, waiting time, during the normal workday schedule at
the regular straight time rate of pay, plus all expenses, shall be charged to the Employer, until
payment is made.
All employees shall receive with their pay, a statement showing their gross wages, hourly rate, hours
worked and all deductions and expenses. Splicer’s who are paid by check via mail shall have the
letter
post-marked no later than Monday at 5:00 pm, after the workweek ending Friday at 11:59 pm.
7. Article V, Section 5.10(B)General Working Conditions:

8. Article
VI, Section 6.14:
Both parties acknowledge the benefits provided in this
agreement are made in lieu of those
required under New York State Labor Law 196-B.
9.
Article VIII, Section 8.03(A)MaintenanceChange to Read:
Projects such as power producing facilities, recycling plants, garbage
to energy plants, municipal
waste treatment plants, utility plants, racetracks, sport facilities, or at a job site where the customer

requests and pays for a Journeyman Wireman for temporary light and power stand-by at the
Employer’s discretion, shall be maintained as
detailed in Paragraphs B through G below.
