Vacation & Sick Leave Fund is paid for each hour worked. The Employer has the managerial right to deny anEmployee a vacation during a holiday week. If the Employer grants the Employee’s request to take a vacationduring a holiday week, such Employee shall thereby waive any right to an extra day’s pay.
