Contributions to the Welfare, and/or Pension Fund for work performed on Saturday or Sunday will be a maximum of eight (8) hours for each day. BENEFIT CONTRIBUTIONS PER HOUR Vacation & Sick Leave Fund is paid for each hour worked. The Employer has the managerial right to deny an Employee a vacation during a holiday week. If the Employer grants the Employee’s request to take a vacation during a holiday week, such Employee shall thereby waive any right to an extra day’s pay. Contributions to the Job Training Fund are made on each hour paid, for up to a maximum of forty (40) hours per employee per week. Annuity Fund contributions shall be made on all hours paid, including the premium portion of the overtime rate. Fringe Benefit Contributions shall be made for all pay periods ending within a calendar month forty-five (45) days after the close of that calendar month.
