RE: July 1, 2026 MTDC Independent Interior Demolition Contractors Rate
Increase Allocations
Attached you will find a notice from the MTDC indicating the rate increases
and allocations for Tier A and Tier B joumeyworkers and apprentices working under the
Independent Interior Demolition Contractors agreement; these rates are in effect from
July 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. Attached as well is the CAGNY-generated
spreadsheet; this information will also be posted on the CAGNY website
(www.cagnyonline.com).
There will be no change to any of the other MTDC rates (CAGNY, CAGNY
Residential, Market Recovery, Total Demo) until January 1, 2027.
PLEASE NOTE THAT EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2026 THE CAGNY IAF
CONTRIBUTION RATE WILL REMAIN AT $1.33 PER HOUR FOR ALL MTDCREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES.
Please make sure your payroll systems are updated with these rates effective
July 1, 2026 and call if you have any questions.
