Attached you will find a notice from the MTDC indicating the July 1, 2025 rate increases and allocations for Tier A and Tier B journeyworkers and apprentices working under the Independent Demo (Total Demo) Contractors agreement; these rates will remain in effect through December 31, 2025. Attached as well is the CAGNYgenerated spreadsheet; this information will also be posted on the CAGNY website (www.cagnyonline.com).
As you know, there were no increases to the CAGNY, CAGNY Residential, or the Market Recovery rates on July 1st; those rates and allocations remain in effect from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CAGNY IAF CONTRIBUTION RATE WILL REMAIN AT $1.31 PER HOUR FOR ALL MTDC-REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES.
Please make sure your payroll systems are updated with these rates effective July 1, 2025 and call if you have any questions.

*The taxable portion of the fringe benefits should be added to the wages for purposes of calculating taxes **Should be deducted from employees’ wages after taxes and sent to the appropriate funds.
The Premium Rate for Foreman is $38.00 per day; the Premium Rate for Assistant Foreman is $27.00 per day.
CURRENT MTDC HOLIDAYS:
New Year’s Day President’s Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day
The holidays above are non-paid holidays for MTDC-represented laborers.
HOURS OF WORK:
The MTDC-represented laborers work an eight (8) hour day, 40 hour work week.
OVERTIME RATE:
The MTDC-represented laborers shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half for any hours worked in excess of eight (8)
hours per day, 40 hours per week, and for work performed on Saturdays. Double time shall be paid for hours worked on Sundays and Holidays.
