FROM: Dawn Zanichelli | |
DATE: RE: | December 26, 2024 REVISED January 8, 2025January 1, 2025 MTDC-CAGNY Rate Increase Allocations |
CAGNY Memo #22 is being re-sent on 1/8/2025 to include the 1/7/2025 revised MTDC notification memo to correct the Apprentice Vacation Account rates on page 2 to $.60 per hour. Please be sure your payroll systems were adjusted to include this correct rate retroactive to January 1, 2025, and make any retroactive contributions to this Fund on behalf of employees, if necessary. The CAGNY spreadsheet had the correct rate so no change was made to that.
Pursuant to the CAGNY-Mason Tenders District Council (MTDC) collective bargaining agreement, all classifications of MTDC-represented employees (foreperson, assistant foreperson, journeyperson, apprentice) are scheduled to receive a $1.25 rate increase effective January 1, 2025. Attached you will find a notice from the MTDC indicating the allocations of the increase. Attached as well is a CAGNY-generated spreadsheet indicating the same; this information will also be posted to the CAGNY website (www.cagnyonline.com).
We will also be sending under separate memos the January 1, 2025 rate increases/updates for the CAGNY Residential Rate, the Market Recovery/Build-It-Back PLA (if you recall, the Union combined the Outer Borough PLA and Market Recovery PLA rates into this one new category), the Interior Demolition Contractors Association (IDCA), the Independent Interior Demolition Contractors, and the Independent Demo (Total Demo) Contractors.
PLEASE NOTE THAT EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2025, THE CAGNY IAF CONTRIBUTION RATE WILL REMAIN AT $1.31 PER HOUR FOR ALL MTDC-REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES.
Please make these changes to your payroll systems effective January1, 2025 and call if you have any questions.
