Attached you will find the July 1, 2023 noticefrom the MTDC indicating the
rates and allocations for Tier A and Tier B journeyworkers and apprentices working under
the Interior Demolition Contractors Association (IDCA) agreement; these rates are in
effect from July 1, 2023through June 30, 2024. Attached as well is the CAGNY-generated
spreadsheet; this information will also be posted on the CAGNY website
(www.cagnyonline.com).
We will also be sending under separate memos the January 1, 2024 rate
increases for the Independent Interior Demolition Contractors, and the Independent
Demo (Total Demo) Contractors.
PLEASE NOTE THAT EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2024, THE
CAGNY IAF CONTRIBUTION WILL INCREASETO $1.31 PER HOUR FOR ALL
MTDC-REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES.
Please make your payroll systems are updated with these rates effective July
1, 2023 through June 30, 2024 and call if you have any questions.
