RE: July 1, 2026 Teamsters Local 282 Rate Increase Allocations
Please note, any CAGNY members that directly employ a Teamsters Local
282 (Local 282) Site Coordinator or On-Site Steward through a PLA that pursuant to the
Independent/BCA high rise industry collective bargaining agreement, Local 282-
represented employees are scheduled to receive a $3.55 rate increase effective July 1,
2026. Attached you will find a notice from Local 282 indicating the allocations of the
increase as well as a CAGNY-generated spreadsheet indicating the same; this information
will also be posted to the CAGNY website (www.cagnyonline.com).
PLEASE NOTE THAT EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2026, THE CAGNY IAF
CONTRIBUTION RATE WILL INCREASE TO $2.14 PER HOUR FOR ALL
LOCAL 282-REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES DIRECTLY EMPLOYED BY
MEMBERS THROUGH PLAs.
Please make these changes to your payroll systems effective July 1, 2026
and call if you have any questions.

When a Teamster is employed at least 2 days in the payroll week in which any of the above
holidays occur, he shall be paid at the straight time rate for such holiday.
Employees employed on December 24 and December 31 who report for work on such days shall
be paid afternoon holiday pay of four (4) hours each day.
HOURS OF WORK:
The Teamsters work an eight (8) hour day, 40 hour work week.

START TIME: ।
The Teamsters start time shall be either 7:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m., decided at a pre-job conference
but must remain in place for the duration of the project
OVERTIME RATE:
The Teamsters shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half for any hours worked in
excess of eight (8) hours per day, 40 hours per week, and for hours worked on Saturdays
(guaranteed 8 hours). Double time shall be paid for hours worked on Sundays (guaranteed
8 hours) and Holidays.
BENEFITS ON HOLIDAYS, VACATION & BEREAVEMENT DAYS:
Contributions to the Penion, Welfare and Job Training Funds are based on hours worked;
hours worked shall include paid holiday hours and paid vacation hours up to a maximum of
8 hours a day; contributions to the Pension, Welfare and Job Training Funds are required when an
employee works the holiday. On bereavement there will be no requirement for contributions to
the Pension, Welfare and JobTraining Funds.

DUES CHECK OFF AND BUILDING TRUST FUND CONTRIBUTIONS:
The Employer shall deduct from the wage rate of each Employee and pay to the Union
Dues Check Off and Building Trust Funds contributions for each hour worked at the
straight time rate, excluding holiday pay and paid bereavement leave.
MAXIMUM WEEKLY CONTRIBUTION HOURS TO BENEFITS:
Contributions to the Welfare and Pension Funds are for each hour worked, Monday to
Friday up to a maximum of forty (40) hours plus a maximum of eight (8) hours for each
day for work performed on Saturday and Sunday.
Contributions to the Job Training Fund are for each hour worked, up to a maximum of
forty (40) hours per employee per week. I
Contributions to the Annuity Fund are for all hours paid, which includes all straight time
and premium time hours. For each hour paid at the premium rate, the Employer will make
the contributions at the applicable premium rate. I I
