Every job to be manned by a Foreman.

 

In order for the Foreman to receive the straight payroll weeks salary, he

 

must be employed for 3 consecutive payroll weeks before qualifying for

 

the straight payroll weeks salary, but he shall be paid for Holidays and

 

inclement weather.

 

* These amounts are to be added to the hourly wage for tax purposes. They are then to be

 

deducted and sent with other fringe benefit contributions to the Union Fund office.

 

**I.A.P. Fund paid on actual hours worked included in regular fringe benefit fund

 

contributions sent to fund office.

‘Employees employed on the last legal working day before Christmas and

 

New Year’s and who report to work on such days, will work from

 

8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and be paid for 7 hours at straight time.

 

SHOP STEWARD:

 

The Shop Steward shall be the first man employed on the job subsequent

 

to the Foreman and shall be appointed by the Business Agent. Union has

 

the right to a Shop Steward on each job.

 

WORK HOURS:

 

OVERTIME:

 

Overtime work Monday Friday & Saturday shall be paid @ Time & a half.

 

All work on a Sunday or Holiday shall be paid at the double time rate.

 

Fringe Benefits including Dues Check Off (except Annuity & Vacation) are to be

 

paid on “Hours Worked” Annuity and Vacation are to be paid on “Hours Paid”.
