BRICKLAYERS LOCAL NO. 1 – CON’T
FOREMAN:
Wages – weekly salary and fringes plus not less thant $30.00 per day above
Journeyman rate.
WORK HOURS:
7 hour day 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
35 hour week
OVERTIME:
Wages – Time and one half for overtime hours
Fringes – Paid on hours worked
EXCEPT:
On Sundays and on the below listed recognized holidays, all overtime hours worked
shall be paid at the double time rate:
New Year’s Day. President’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Bricklayers are not allowed to work on Labor Day or Memorial Day.
