(3) Does not apply to “building trades” jobs (where local 3 and local 638 members both are working at their primary rate) or gut rehabs 75 feet and above.
(4) Does not apply to PLAs, institutional work, or prevailing wage projects.
(5) Must submit “Small Commercial Alteration Notification Form” for commercial 60 fixtures or less, 3 business days before starting work (see “Small Alteration” LABORGRAM for further terms and conditions).
