SUMMARY OF AGREEMENT AS OF JUNE 23, 2026
1. Term and package increase – 3 years/$11 (expires June 30,2029)
year 1: $3, year 2: $3, year 3: $5.
o Year 1- July 1, 2026-June 30, 2027, increases for journeymen:
▪ $1.75 into wages
▪ $0.75 into welfare
▪ $0.50 into 401k
o Future allocations for years 2 and 3 are TBD
o Reminder: that apprentices receive 50% of all increases
2. Extended UA National Residential Agreements for 3 years with an expanded
exclusion for 485x projects.
3. Revised Paragraph 19 to increase the deadline from two (2) days to seven (7) days for
remitting Section 401(k) contributions from when they are withheld by an employer.
4. Revised Paragraph 30 (first paragraph) to allow flexible starting times between 6:00
a.m. and 8:00 am, as decided by the employer, prior to the commencement of any job,
with the understanding it is not to be changed during the job. Employer to notify Local
1 of start time prior to commencement of the job.
5. Revised Paragraph 30:
– Increase dollar amount for private work to $1.75 million
– Increase dollar amount for public work to $3.0 million
6. Revised Paragraph 39B– (Apprentice Threshold) – Increase dollar threshold for
prevailing wage projects $2 million
7. Addition of PFL language- same as provision in the current MES CBA
8. Addition of Employee communication- same as provision in the current MES CBA
9. Addition of Tickets and vehicle violations- same as provision in the current MES CBA
10. Addition Peer support- same as provision in the current MES CBA
11. Removal of paragraph 104a and insert Industry Advancement language- same as
provision in the current MES CBA
