The following project labor agreement (“PLA”) rates are effective July 1, 2024, through and including December 31, 2024, for Locals 40 and 361 Structural Iron Workers on projects covered by PLAs providing for alterations in the collectively-bargained economic package.
A. PLAS PROVIDING FOR 10% RATE REDUCTION (Except the Hudson Yards PLA below)
