Foreman rate: $2.50/hour over Journey level rate.
General Foreman rate: $4.00/hour over Journey level rate. Premium Time Rate of Pay – Overtime (Monday through Saturday) is paid at time and one half (1 1/2) with fringe benefits paid at straight time. Sundays – paid at double time with straight time fringe benefits.
