Memorandum of Agreement
between the MASON TENDERS DISTRICT COUNCIL OF GREATER NEW YORK and THE CEMENT LEAGUE
The Cement League (“TCL” or the “Association”) and the Mason Tenders District Council of Greater New York (the “MTDC”) hereby agree as follows:
1. Agreement: The Cement League and the MTDC have hereby agreed to a three-year (3)
year collective bargaining agreement (the “Agreement”), which shall be effective as of
July 1, 2020 and shall expire at midnight on June 30, 2023.
2. Terms: The terms of the Agreement shall be the same as the terms of the agreement
between the parties that expired on June 30, 2020, except for the necessary modifications
in date and except as specified below.
3. Compensation: There shall be an increase of $1.00 per hour in the total wage and benefit
package commencing on January 1, 2021; and commencing July 1, 2021 the total
compensation package shall be no less than that agreed to in negotiations between the
Union and the Building Contractors Association, Inc.
