Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Putnam, Albany, Montgomery,
Rensselaer, Schoharie, Schenectady, Saratoga, Washington, Fulton, Warren, Hamilton, Essex, Clinton, Franklin, Dutchess,
Columbia, Sullivan, Ulster, Greene, Orange, Rockland, and Richland; and including the area within a 75 mile radius of New
York City’s Columbus Circle.
