Attached you will find the July1, 2024 noticefrom the MTDC indicating the rates and allocationsfor Tier A and Tier B joumeyworkers and apprentices working under the Interior Demolition Contractors Association (IDCA) agreement; these rates are in effect from July 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024. Attached as well is the CAGNYgenerated spreadsheet; this information will also be posted on the CAGNY website (www.cagnyonline.com).
We will also be sending under separate memos the July 1, 2024 rate increases for the Independent Interior Demolition Contractors, and the Independent Demo (Total Demo) Contractors.
PLEASE NOTETHAT EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2024, THE CAGNY IAF CONTRIBUTION WILL REMAIN AT $1.31 PER HOUR FOR ALL MTDCREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES.
Please make your payroll systems are updated with these rates effective July 1, 2024 and call if you have any questions.

The MTDC-represented laborers shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half for any hours worked in excess of eight (8)
worked on Sundays and Holidays. |
