This letter will serve to inform you of the wage rates for the period April 1, 2025 – September 30, 2025.
The following is a listing of the steamfitter’s hourly wage rate, fringe benefit contributions and payroll deductions. Both the Vacation Fund contributions and the Building Trades per Capita must be included with the gross wage, taxed and then deducted. The Work Dues, Additional Work Dues, Enhancement Fund, Target Fund and the Building Fund are deductions from the steamfitter’s net pay. Wages and fringe benefits are doubled for overtime.
At the regular union meeting held on January 22, 2025, the membership voted to approve the following change to the journeymen wage and fringe benefit contribution rates;
