Pursuant to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, an increase of $3.00 per hour will take effect
with the payroll week commencing Thursday, November 2, 2023. The increase has been
allocated as follows:

*The amount of taxable wage is the base rate of $53.60 and vacation of $7.49
Hourly: 53.60 + 7.49 = $61.09 Daily (8 hours): 428.80 + 59.92 = $488.72
Foreperson minimum rate is $2.00 dollars per hour over scale. Overtime is calculated at time and one half and
double time for Sundays and Holidays for both Wages and Fringes excluding SASMI, FIT and NEMI($3.38) which are
calculatedat straight time. Double time will be paid on Saturday after ten (10) hours.
