| Contributions to the Pension & Welfare Funds shall be made for each hour worked, Monday through Friday, to a maximum of forty (40) hours, but not on the premium portion of the overtime rate. |
| Contributions to the Welfare, and/or Pension Fund for work performed on Saturday or Sunday will be a maximum of eight (8) hours for each day. |
| BENEFIT CONTRIBUTIONS PER HOUR |
| Vacation & Sick Leave Fund is paid for each hour worked. The Employer has the managerial right to deny an Employee a vacation during a holiday week. If the Employer grants the Employee’s request to take a vacation during a holiday week, such Employee shall thereby waive any right to an extra day’s pay. |
| Contributions to the Job Training Fund are made on each hour paid, for up to a maximum of forty (40) hours per employee per week. |
| Annuity Fund contributions shall be made on all hours paid, including the premium portion of the overtime rate. |
| Fringe Benefit Contributions shall be made for all pay periods ending within a calendar month forty-five (45) days after the close of that calendar month. Payment forms shall be furnished by the Funds prior to the fifth (5th) day of each month. |
