Please be advised that the membership of Local I 5 and 1 5A, International Union of Operating

 

Engineers, at their Membership Meeting held on May I, 2025, voted on the allocation of the increment

 

due July I, 2025.

Please note that pursuant to a Local 15 Executive Board action that was subsequently approved by the

 

Local 1 5 membership at its May 2025 membership meeting, the $0. 1 6 per hour that was previously

 

deducted from the increment due and added to the Supplemental Dues portion of the fringe

 

benefit stamp has now been reallocated to the Welfare Fund contribution. Accordingly,

 

effective July I, 2025, the updated fringe benefit fund contribution rates are as follows:

 

The membership approved a $0.66 per hour increase in the Welfare Fund bringing the total value of the

 

Welfare Fund Contribution from $ 1 3.97 per hour to $ 1 4.63 per hour; a $0.25 per hour increase in

 

the Vacation Fund bringing the total value of the Vacation/PAC Fund Contribution from $6.30 per

 

hour to $6.55 per hour; and a $0.25 per hour increase in the Annuity Fund bringing the total value of

 

the Annuity Fund Contribution from $ 1 4.00 per hour to $ 1 4.25 per hour.

 

Effective July I, 2025 through June 30, 2026 the following wage rates shall apply:

Decreased from $62.51 per hour to $62.35 per hour (cash in envelope)

 

MAINTENANCE ENGINEERS

 

Radiant Mechanical Heaters

 

Decreased from $34.79 per hour to $34.63 per hour (cash in envelope)

In addition to the above-mentioned rates, the value of the stamp will increase from $46.63

 

per hour to $47.79 per hour, as follows:

 

Annuity Fund $14.25 per hour, Vacation/P.A.C. Fund $6.55 per hour; Apprenticeship/National Training

 

Fund $1.10 per hour; Supplemental Dues $3.36 per hour; Welfare Fund $14.63 per hour; Pension Fund

 

$7.15 per hour; Health Reimbursement Arrangement $0.70 per hour; Defense/Target Fund $0.05 per

 

hour

 

The taxable portion of the stamp is $9.96 per hour

deducted from the increment due and added to the Supplemental Dues portion of the fringe

 

benefit stamp has now been reallocated to the Welfare Fund contribution. Accordingly,

 

effective July I, 2025, the updated fringe benefit fund contribution rates are as follows:

 

The membership approved a $0.64 per hour increase from the increment due into the Welfare Fund

 

bringing the total value of the Welfare Fund Contribution from $13.69 per hour to $14.33 per hour;

 

a $0.18.per hour increase from the increment due into the Annuity Fund bringing the total value of the

 

Annuity Fund Contribution from $ 1 2.80 per hour to $ 1 2.98 per hour; a $0.18 per hour increase

 

from the increment due into the Vacation Fund bringing the total value of the Vacation/PAC Fund

 

Contribution from $4.76 per hour to $4.94 per hour.

 

Effective July I, 2025 through June 30, 2026, the following wage rates shall apply:

In addition to the above-mentioned rates, the fringe benefit stamp will be increased from $43.13 per hour

 

to $44. 13 per hour as follows:

 

Annuity Fund $12.98 per hour; Vacation/P.A.C. $4.94 per hour;

 

Apprenticeship/National Training Fund- $0.90 per hour; Supplemental Dues $3.04 per hour;

 

Welfare Fund $14.33 per hour; Pension Fund $7.40 per hour;

 

Health Reimbursement Arrangement $0.49 per hour;

 

Defense/Target Fund $0.05 per hour

 

The taxable portion of the stamp is $8.03 per hour.
