Rate Increase Allocations– No Change
Attached you will find a notice from the MTDC indicating that there are no
changes to the rates and allocations for Tier A and Tier B journeyworkers and apprentices
working under the Interior Demolition Contractors Association (IDCA) agreement; the
current rates will remain in effect from January 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026. Attached
as well is the CAGNY-generated spreadsheet; this information will also be posted on the
CAGNY website (www.cagnyonline.com).
We will also be sending under separate memos the January 1, 2026 rate
increases for the Independent Interior Demolition Contractors, and the Independent
Demo (Total Demo) Contractors.
PLEASE NOTE THAT EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2026 THE CAGNY
IAF CONTRIBUTION RATE WILL INCREASE TO $1.33 PER HOUR FOR ALL
MTDC-REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES.
Please makesure your payroll systems are updated with these rates effective
January 1, 2026 and call if you have any questions.
