RE: January 1, 2026 MTDC Independent Interior Demolition Rate AllocationsNO CHANGES
Attached you will find a notice from the MTDC indicating that there are no
changes to the rates and allocations for Tier A and Tier B journeyworkers and apprentices
working under the Independent Interior Demolition agreement; the current rates will
remain in effect from January 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026. Attached as well is the
CAGNY-generated spreadsheet; this information will also be posted on the CAGNY
website (www.cagnyonline.com).
We will also be sending under separate memos the January 1, 2026 rate
increases for the Independent Demo (Total Demo) Contractors.
PLEASE NOTETHAT EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2026 THE CAGNY
IAF CONTRIBUTION RATE WILL INCREASE TO $1.33 PER HOUR FOR ALL
MTDC-REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES.
Please make sure your payroll systems are updated with these rates effective
January 1, 2026 and call if you have any questions.

HOURS OF WORK:
The MTDC-represented laborers work an eight (8) hour day, 40 lour work week.

OVERTIME RATE:
The MTDC-represented laborers shall be pa d at the rate of time and one-half for any hours worked in excess of eight (8)
hours per day, 40 hours per week, and for work performed on Saturdays. Double time shall be paid for hours
worked on Sundays and Holidays.
