* These amounts are to be added to the hourly wage rates for tax purposes. They are then to be
deducted and sent with other fringe benefit contributions to the Union Fund office.
BRICKLAYERS LOCAL NO. 1 – CON’T
FOREMAN:
Wages – weekly salary and fringes plus not less thant $30.00 per day above Journeyman rate.
WORK HOURS:
7 hour day 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
35 hour week
OVERTIME:
Wages – Time and one half for overtime hours Fringes – Paid on hours worked
EXCEPT:
On Sundays and on the below listed recognized holidays, all overtime hours worked
shall be paid at the double time rate:
New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Bricklayers are not allowed to work on Labor Day or Memorial Day.
