EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2025– JUNE 30, 2026
Current rate of pay is $42.55 per hour. Vacation pay of $2.80 per hour is added to the $42.55, making the total taxable gross hourly wage $45.35.After calculating the gross pay which includes the ($2.80 per hr. which is a taxable fringe benefit), deduct payroll deductions, all applicable taxes, vacation ($2.80 per hour) and the Dues Check-Off of $3.43 per hr. Both the vacation and the Dues Check-Off are included in the benefit fund purchase. Total Fringe Benefit package per hour is $38.59.
Contractors are to pay the following fringe benefits:
Welfare Pension Vacation Training Program Laborers-Employer Cooperation &Education Trust NY State Health and Safety Greater N.Y. L.E.C.E.T. Annuity Fund Dues Check-Off

THE EMPLOYER SHALL DEDUCT THE APPROPRIATE HOURLY DUES CHECK-OFF AMOUNT FROM THE WAGES OF ALL APPRENTICES…
If an employer is signed under an Association’s Collective Bargaining Agreement, that Association’s rate will be added onto the Employer’s benefits purchase.
BCA members benefit contribution is $ .50 per hour. Concrete Industrial Fund contribution is $ ,10 per hour. Wall & Ceiling members benefit contribution Is $ .15 per hour.
